Surv. Kofi Obeng-Ayirebi (FGhIS, MCIM, MCIMG, MCIArb) is a Professional Quantity Surveyor, Acre Mediator with RICS, Arbitrator, ADR Practitioner, Procurement and Construction Project Management Consultant with over 25 years of practical experience. He is a Consultant, Evaluator, and Analyst with the National Association of Valuators, and a Consultant Analyst (NACVAUSA). He is a Construction Project Audit and Forensics Practitioner and an Expert Witness in the High Court of Ghana.
Currently, he serves as the Global Vice Chair (Administration) for the International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC) for 2022 – 2024, after serving as the African Director of ICEC from 2016 – 2020. He is also the current Vice President of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and the Managing Director of Oakbuild Consult Limited, a recognized training office by GhIS.
