MBA Finance (GIMPA)-2008, B.Sc. Hons Land Economy (KNUST -1999), Member, African Association of Consultants, Valuators and Analysts (AACVA).

She joined the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) in 2004 as a Valuer and rose to the position of a Properties Manager at SSNIT in 2015. Prior to joining SSNIT, Stella trained and worked with Valuation and Development Services from 1999 to 2004 and was elected a Member of GhIS in 2003. She was elected a Fellow in 2018.

She has been an active member of the Institution and has been a member of the AGM Planning Committee since 2018. She was Secretary to both the AGM Planning Committee and the 50th Anniversary Planning Committee in 2018 and 2019 respectively. She has been the Secretary to the Valuation and Estate Division from 2020 to date and a member of VES Seminar Planning Committee since 2017. Stella is also a member of the Women's Wing of GhIS. She is a member of AfRES and CASLE and participated in the 2016 CASLE Conference in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
