VES Professional Class

Surv. Timothy Anyidoho Esq. is a distinguished Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (FGhIS). He holds a BSc in Land Economy (2001), an MA in Development Studies from UG (2007), and an LLB from GIMPA (2017).

Admitted as a Professional Member in 2004, he was elevated to Fellow in 2016. His professional journey includes serving as an Assistant Lands Officer at the Lands Commission from 2001 to 2007, before advancing to Lands Officer (2007-2015), Senior Lands Officer (2015-2018), Principal Lands Officer (2018-2021), and currently serving as Deputy Chief Lands Officer since 2021.

He has held several leadership positions, including Chairman of the Social and Publicity Committee (VES) and roles within the Continuing Professional Development Sub-Committee under the Valuation and Estate Surveying Division (2002-2019). He has been a Governing Council member since 2008, a Coordinator for the Young Surveyors Network (2018/2019), a member of the Library Board Committee (2017-present), and a member of the Public Affairs Committee of the Governing Council since 2017. Additionally, he is an active member of the Ghana Bar Association (2020-present).
