Surv. Kwame Obeng Adjinah is the Managing Director of Wood Acres Ltd and the Honorary Secretary of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. He was the Chief Operating Officer of OMRI Projekts, developing affordable housing for Ghana Nurses and Midwives Association. He authored the “Housing Profiles for the Seychelles” for the 2021 and 2022 Yearbooks.
Surv. Obeng Adjinah managed valuation and due diligence at First National Bank between 2019 and 2021, establishing the valuation unit of the bank in accordance with Bank of Ghana policies. He analyzed collateral risks and developed mitigating measures, excelling in mortgage loan analysis, project management, and property appraisal.
He has proven expertise in mortgage loan analysis, project and programme management, property valuation, arbitration, and mediation. He is passionate about delivering results and currently leads affordable housing initiatives as COO for OMRI Projeks Ltd.
Surv. Adjinah graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology-Kumasi with a B.Sc. in Land Economy and holds a Professional Executive Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is currently pursuing a Law degree at the University of Ghana School of Law.
