Surv. Tony NTIADOR is the CEO of TGTS Africa, a company specializing in building and deploying geospatial technology systems to enhance organizational processes. TGTS Africa spearheaded major national projects, including the Ghana eJustice Project (automation of the Law Court Complex), Birth and Death Registry data automation, and the automation of the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice.
Tony is a seasoned Surveyor and IT Consultant with an extensive educational background, including a master’s degree in Land Management and Administration from the Technical University of Munich, Germany, and an MBA from the University of Applied Management, Erding, Germany. He earned his first degree in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana. Additionally, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Applied Sciences, Berlin, and a Diploma in IT from St Michael’s Information Technology.
His professional journey includes serving as a Land Information Systems Consultant with the Lands Commission (2009–2011) and as a Project Officer in the Land Administration Project of Ghana (2003–2007). Tony's expertise lies in GIS, land information systems, and process reengineering.
Tony is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, a member of the International Federation for Housing and Planning, and a member of the Africa Real Estate Society. He has participated in specialized training programs organized by Esri, UNITAR, the World Bank, SAP, and more.
Beyond his professional commitments, Tony serves as the ICT Chair for the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (2022–Date) and is a member of the Board of Examiners of the Valuation and Estate Surveyors Division of GhIS. He is also deeply involved in his community as the Presiding Elder of the James McKeown Worship Centre of the Church of Pentecost, Adenta, and Chairman of the PTA at Pentecost Preparatory School.
Tony is a certified counselor with Prepare & Enrich Facilitators Association and the Ghana National Association of Certified Counselors.
