Members shall at all times act with integrity and avoid conflicts of interest and any actions or situations that are inconsistent with their professional obligations...

Members shall carry out their professional work with due skill, care, and diligence, with proper regard for the technical standards expected of them...

Members shall carry out their professional work in a timely manner and with proper regard for standards of service and customer care expected of them...

A Firm shall promote its professional services only in a truthful and responsible manner...

A Firm shall ensure that its finances are managed appropriately...

The Members of the Institution, their will and pleasure is that these Regulations for both individual Members and Firms shall ever be construed benevolently and in every case most favourably to the Institution and the promotion of the objects of these Regulations come into force on the Fourteenth day of December 2007.
